Based on six years of extensive research into the key factors that influence healthy hair and scalp, the KeraFactor formula combines a patented set of eight biosynthetic polypeptides and two compounds for scalp revitalization. Other topical products may only include a few, if any, growth factors, and currently, no other commercially available topical products consist of the complete set included in the KeraFactorMD™ formula. How It Works

This laser treatment works by creating micro-channels on the skin’s surface to enact a healing response from the body that results in increased collagen and elastin production. It also eliminates damaged skin cells that are responsible for hyperpigmentation and other skin imperfections. The multi-step treatment process is designed to deliver a safe, quick, and effective pain-free treatment.

Customizing Your Treatment

One of the benefits of this device is that treatments are completely customizable. We can choose the right serum for your skin and also deliver a lighter or more advanced laser treatment based on your needs.

During the treatment, the laser creates micro-channels in the skin, into which the LaseMD serums will absorb. Your skin will absorb all of the powerful anti-aging nanoparticles in the serums, all of which are free of fragrances, colors, preservatives, and harmful ingredients.

The Clarify feature of this device is designed to target mild forms of hyperpigmentation, as well as the early signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles.

The Treatment Process

Your Consultation

The treatment process begins with a consultation. We will meet with you to discuss your skin concerns and then make the necessary treatment recommendations to effectively target those concerns. We can then prepare your skin for the treatment.

Your Treatment

Before administering the LaseMD laser, we may apply a topical numbing solution to your skin if needed. During the treatment process, you’ll feel of warming sensation on your skin from the laser heat energy and a tingling sensation. Total treatment time takes anywhere from five to 20 minutes based on the size of the area you want to treat and the number of areas included in your treatment plan. We will choose the right serum for your skin and activate it in the device.

Then, after using the LaseMD laser to treat your skin, we will apply the customized serum to your treatment area. Post-treatment, we will apply a LaseMD cream and two different sheet masks, one of which you will wear for five minutes and the second of which you will wear for 15 minutes. You’ll be instructed on how to care for your skin after your treatment and how often you should schedule maintenance treatment.

Post-Treatment Care

After your treatment is over, you won’t have to plan around downtime, but you will need to take care of your skin by following some simple instructions. On the day following your treatment, you’ll notice the signs of exfoliation on your skin as it begins to shed damaged and dead skin cells. This exfoliation process is completely normal, and you can safely apply makeup during this process.

It’s important that you stay hydrated and avoid sun exposure, especially in the days following your treatment. To prevent additional sun damage, wear quality sunscreen every day and avoid prolonged sun exposure as much as possible.
